The only stolen vehicle recovery system linked to Police forces throughout the country. In terms of vehicle security, this is “belt & braces!“.
A microchip is concealed within the vehicle and remains dormant until “woken up”, at which point it becomes a beacon that will trigger tracking devices installed in police cars. Even if the vehicle is concealed in a garage, the tracking device will pinpoint its position. We hope you never need it but it’s reassuring to know it’s there.
To date Tracker have fitted in excess of a quarter of a million vehicles and recovered over 8,500 stolen vehicles with Trackers and – because it often leads the police to hidden stores, a further 750 other vehicles. The total value of recovered vehicles at the last count was in excess of 220 million and over 1440 arrests have been made as a direct consequence.
Renowned for being more than just an alarm, by adding additional sensors to any Clifford system security features are available that will cover just about any area of the vehicle where protection may be required. And it’s not just security -Clifford systems offer some nice features to make your life a little easier. Electric windows and roofs can be opened and closed by remote; alloy wheels can be protected by an outer zone, and a verbal warning to “back away” will cause those who linger too close to move on.
